About Archiveo

Built for public bodies. We make mandatory records archiving in Microsoft 365 reviewable, approvable, and reportable.

Our story

Closing the gap between Microsoft 365 and the national archive

Public bodies must transfer records to the national archive once they reach the end of their legally mandated retention period. In practice, that work happens across thousands of Microsoft 365 files and folders — and done manually, it is slow, inconsistent, and error-prone. Exports, spreadsheets, email approvals. Mistakes. Repeat.

Archiveo was built to replace that manual process. Archivists review Microsoft 365 content from one interface, identify the records that must be transferred, route them through a structured approval workflow, transfer approved records to the national archive, and generate the compliance reports that document it all.

Archiveo is a product of LS2 Innovation, a Montréal-based software publisher and Microsoft Partner serving higher education and government. The same philosophy runs through everything we build: remove the glue work, keep the audit trail.
